I'm Elizabeth Meffen, wife, mom, coach, investment professional. I've always been passionate about investing, and about real estate, in particular. I started investing in real estate over 25 years ago, and discovered multifamily investing while hunting for an investment rental property. I spent months trying to figure out if there was 'a catch,' speaking with fellow investors, accountants, lawyers, and operators in multifamily syndication.

 

In the end, I was hooked, and I have become not only an avid investor, but have gone on to make this my new passion. I am an SEC registered representative for private placement offerings, and have teamed with the absolute best operators in the US, with combined assets over $2b. Our team has raised over $125m, to date, helping accredited investors access commercial real estate deals that provide great returns, tax advantages, a passive income, and participation in equity once the investments exit.

As a registered representative regulated by the SEC, I have undergone extensive training to demonstrate my commitment to passive investing in multifamily syndications & funds. As such, our team is the trusted Capital Raising/Investor Relations arm of some of the best syndicators in the US. My team works with a handful of very carefully selected operators, with a proven track record of success in syndication. In other words, by the time I share a new opportunity with you, it has gone through a rigorous due diligence process, including 3rd party analysis on both the asset and its proposed cash flows, expenditures, and exit strategy. If I share an opportunity with you, it means it's something I would happily invest in myself.

THE INVESTMENT

These opportunities tend to fund very quickly, as the operators have great reputations for delivering consistent returns on quality assets. We have some investments funded within a matter of days. If you like an opportunity that I've shared with you, register your interest by placing what's called a 'soft commit,' and I will reserve a spot for you, while you continue your due diligence by reviewing the investment summary and participating in investor calls & webinars.

I'm part of a large team, and responsible for investor relations. So my job is to provide you with everything you need to make an informed investment decision, create passive income, and reach your financial goals. As part of the team, I also participate in the general partnership. As such, when you work with me, your investment & fee structure will be no different than if you invest directly with operators, with the added benefit of an ongoing personal relationship with me, guiding you throughout the whole process.

ONGOING INVESTOR RELATIONS

Once you've invested in an opportunity, I will continue to be your main point of contact, liaising with the operators to make sure you receive your distributions, as well as sending you ongoing project updates, providing you with access to an investor portal, and introducing you to new opportunities as they arise. We have found that once someone invests in our projects, they are 'hooked,' and the overwhelming majority of our investors are repeat customers.
